Refund policy
As we are a small business, all of our items are made to order and unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds/ exchanges if you change your mind. The product is made for you and cannot be resold due to a bespoke elements.
We have an up to date size guide which can be found on each product.
Please check this size guide carefully as we are unable to exchange on incorrect sizes due to the bespoke nature of our products, where specific colors are chosen as part of your custom made design & are often not re-sellable.
Our items are subject to a strict quality control process, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, it will be replaced at our expense. Please contact us within 72 hours after the package has been delivered to arrange a return and exchange.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
