Shipping policy
Shipping and Delivery information
After ordering please allow 1-3 working days until your order is ready for shipping. In busy periods (Christmas) it may take a little longer.
Once complete, all items are dispatched with one of the following two delivery companies:
Local
1. Evri tracked 3-5 working days,
2. Royal Mail 24 tracked 2-4 working days.
Aboard
1. Evri tracked (after you have received the dispatch email, please allow up to 21 working days to receive the order).
Delivery delays or never delivered (Local)
In the unpleasant situation if your package is delayed or not delivered contact us between 10 -14 days after receiving the dispatch email.
It takes some time for a package to be considered lost and we ask for your understanding and patience.
Replacement will be sent, refunds are not offered.
Damaged in transit
In the unlikely event that our product arrives damaged , you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
If it appears that the product may have been damaged in transit please send us photos of any damaged packaging before removing the product from its packaging.
Incorrect or incomplete address
If you provide a wrong or incomplete delivery address, no refund or replacement will be issued. Please ensure you complete your order details correctly with an up to date email address as we cannot be held responsible if your order does not arrive due to a wrong address.
Our items are subject to a strict quality control process, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, it will be replaced at our expense. Please contact us within 72 hours after the package has been delivered to arrange a return and exchange.
